e-Voice Anonymous Reporting System
Conceptualization / Design / Programming of a web-based tool for report collecting, management and analysis. The feedback can be anonymous and the data collected can take the form of incident reports, customer complaints, questions or suggestions. Variations of this system are currently being utilized by WASA and the Ministry of Public Utilities.
